Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders.

Times: 5-10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.
4. Packaging & Product Integrity
We take care in packaging:

Liquid/cream products (toothpaste, facial masks, etc.): Bottles and tubes are sealed with tamper‑evident seals and caps, meeting FDA tamper‑resistant packaging requirements (21 CFR 700.25) for OTC drug products where applicable.

Solid products (shampoo bars, tooth powder): Sealed in protective wraps or containers.

Eye masks & eye mask sticks: Sealed in protective pouches; fabric layers protected.

All products are shipped in discreet packaging with appropriate cushioning.
5. Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
During extreme weather conditions (below 32°F or above 95°F), liquid/cream products may be affected. We do not guarantee product integrity during extreme temperature transit. If temperature-sensitive damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product condition.
6. Delivery & Issues

Tracking: A tracking number and link will be provided via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer‘s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Inspection: Inspect the external shipping box and product seals upon delivery. If the box is damaged, note with carrier and take photos before opening.

Tampering: If any product seal is broken or appears tampered with, do not use the product. Contact us immediately with photos.

Failed Delivery/Missing Packages: If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier hub first. Then, contact us for assistance.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
