We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of personal care products, please review this policy carefully.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging with all seals and safety wraps intact.
Strictly Non‑Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Toothpaste (once the seal is broken or tube crimp is damaged);

Tooth Powder (once the seal is broken);

Eye Masks & Eye Mask Sticks (once removed from packaging or used);

Shampoo Bars (once the wrapper is opened);

Facial Masks (once the pouch is opened);

Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";

Items with broken seals, damaged packaging, or any signs of use.
Return Process for Eligible Unopened Items

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all seals intact.

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non‑refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an unopened item for a different scent, flavor, or product, follow the return process above. Once processed, place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item straight out of its sealed packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the unopened packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
OTC Drug Products (Fluoride Toothpaste)
Fluoride toothpaste that makes an anti-cavity claim is regulated as an OTC drug under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). For OTC drug products, we cannot accept returns of opened products due to FDA regulatory requirements, which prohibit the reintroduction of opened drug products into commerce.
Product Quality & Adverse Event Reporting
If you believe a product is contaminated, adulterated, or caused an adverse reaction, do not return it. Contact us immediately with photos, batch/lot numbers, and a description of the issue. Under MoCRA, we are required to report serious adverse events to FDA within 15 business days.
